Melanie Hay graduated with a BA from Rhodes and a BSc (Med) (Hons) Medical Biochemistry from UCT. Currently a 2nd year MSc (Med) student at the UCT/MRC Exercise Science and Sports Medicine Research Institute investigating the genetic predisposition to musculoskeletal soft tissue injuries.
